  1. Lay out iceberg lettuce in a plate.
  2. Add the grapes cut in half, quail eggs and thinly cut Provoletta cheese mini.
  3. Salt and pepper chicken fillet and fry it until golden color.
  4. Add thinly cut slices of the fried chicken fillet.
  5. Mix yogurt and Dijon mustard to make sauce.
  6. Dress the salad with the sauce before serving.
